Agreement

By accessing or using SharmAI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service description

SharmAI provides AI-assisted chat, Stock Hub market research, a trading dashboard, paper-trading workflows, email digests, and optional brokerage and strategy integrations. Features may change, be limited, or be withdrawn at any time without notice.

• Chat & Stock Hub — research tools, conviction scoring, market scans, and trade proposals.
• Trading dashboard — portfolio recap, action queue, scheduled/approved trades, and market movers.
• Connections — optional links to Robinhood (including Agentic trading accounts), Composer by SoFi (Symphony strategies), and related market-data providers.
• Email digests — optional morning and end-of-day summaries when configured by the operator.
• Settings — risk, size, conviction, daily limits, approval, and dashboard refresh preferences that control agent behavior.

SharmAI, Stock Hub, digests, Composer-derived ideas, and dashboard outputs are for informational and educational purposes only. They are not investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. Nothing on SharmAI constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security.

Past performance does not guarantee future results. Market data and AI summaries may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect. Always verify information independently before making financial decisions.

Trading proposals & execution

Trade tools create proposals or staged tickets — they do not by themselves complete a live brokerage fill. Live orders (when enabled) run only after your configured approval rules and trigger conditions are satisfied, and only through a connected brokerage account you control.

• Review every proposal carefully before approving execution.
• Confirm symbols, quantities, dollar size, order triggers, and account selection.
• Your Settings (max position size, min conviction, daily trade limit, cash reserve, extended hours, human approval) are enforced by the product where applicable; they do not eliminate market or brokerage risk.
• Ensure you comply with applicable laws, brokerage rules, and tax obligations.

User liability

You are solely responsible for your use of SharmAI and for any actions you take based on its outputs, including trades you propose, approve, override, or execute through connected accounts. You assume all risk of loss arising from trading or investment activity.

AI limitations

AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or outdated. SharmAI may hallucinate prices, filings, or market events. Conviction scores and scanner rankings are model outputs grounded in third-party data feeds that can be wrong or delayed. Do not rely on AI output as the sole basis for material financial decisions.

Your responsibilities

• Keep your account credentials and connected integration secrets (Robinhood tokens, Composer API keys, etc.) secure.
• Use the service lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it.
• Do not upload content you do not have rights to share.
• Do not use SharmAI for market manipulation or unlawful trading activity.

Third-party services

Linked services — including Google authentication, Robinhood, Composer by SoFi, Alpaca (paper), Quiver Quantitative, Finnhub, Yahoo Finance, Alpha Vantage, email delivery providers (e.g. Resend), hosting, and AI model providers — are governed by their own terms. SharmAI is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, execution errors, rate limits, or account restrictions imposed by external platforms.

Disclaimer of warranties

SharmAI is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SharmAI and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including trading losses, lost profits, or data loss.

Changes

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
